Account Deletion Guide

This page explains how users of the VoicifAI Smart Organizer application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. VoicifAI is committed to transparency and user control over personal information.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email from the same email address that was used to register your VoicifAI account.
2. Address the email to: support@voicifai.org
3. Use a clear subject line such as: “Account Deletion Request – VoicifAI”
4. In the email body, explicitly request permanent deletion of your VoicifAI account.

Once your request is received, the VoicifAI support team will verify ownership of the account and begin the deletion process.

Data That Is Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from VoicifAI systems:

• User account profile information (email address, identifiers)
• Stored notes, tasks, reminders, and organizational data
• Voice or text inputs associated with the account
• AI-generated classifications, tags, and metadata linked to the user

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained for a limited period, solely for legal, security, or operational purposes:

• Minimal server logs containing timestamps or anonymized technical events
• Records required to comply with applicable laws or regulations

Retention Period

Any retained data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill legal or compliance obligations. In most cases, such data is automatically deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion is completed.

VoicifAI does not sell user data and does not retain personal content after the deletion process is finalized.
